A+++++++ Cat has helped me in so many ways with my mom during the last three years. I needed help getting my mom into assisted living and she was there to help coordinate homes for me to look at and set up the appointments. She even narrowed down ones to look at based on my mom’s needs. She took over a lot of the work during a very stressful time for us. She helped me decide on a memory care home and finally a small group home when my mom went on hospice, which ended up being the perfect place my mom. Your consultant was on the phone to my wife within an hour of the home care agency's referral to you. By the next morning, she had the ideal residential care facility located and an appointment set for that same day. Wow! How many businesses can claim such a response time? The care setting has everything I was hoping to find and the owner has been wonderful at every step of the way. My mother keeps telling me how good the food is and how kind the staff is. Attention to her every need is outstanding, including daily care for her two cats. I cannot thank you enough....I was terrified yesterday and I know I must have been a rambling idiot, this has been a path I never wished to cross and yet the guidance you are providing is assuring me that it can work. I have longed to just sit down with my dad and have a cup of coffee without feeling the anxiety of wondering does he have enough groceries will he need them next time, does he have all his medicine, does he need or have clean clothes, is his house clean, do I need to rearrange his furniture so he doesn’t fall...and so it goes on that I do not relax and just enjoy him and... vice versa. I'm always trying to make sure I have not forgotten anything and he is not without any aid to go to bed wondering if he is on the floor and can't get up...that fear always haunts me. What he needs now is a safe place and I need a comfortable frame of mind where he is concerned...thank you for helping in making that a possibility.

You were absolutely terrific in helping me find a place for dad. I spent dozens of hours trying to find a place for him, figure out the MediCal and a half dozen other things. Two thoughts stick out in my mind. First I can't believe how unhelpful a dozen or more "experts" were. They sent me down rabbit trails, gave me wrong numbers and flat-out misinformation. I spent two half days at the county and no one told me about the Medical being unavailable for assisted living. Grrrrrr.... Second thought; you were a God-send. Personal, professional and proactive are the words I'd use to describe how you carried yourself. I wish I'd met you first, it would have saved me a huge amount of time, frustration and thousands of dollars because I would have avoided a costly extra move. Thank you!
